Digital Downloads and Your Cancellation Rights
Important: Our products are digital downloads (PDFs and ebooks). By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of your digital content via email and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download link is sent to you.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. However, this right is lost for digital content once delivery begins with your consent. By placing an order, you:
- Request immediate delivery of your digital content
- Acknowledge that this means you waive your right to cancel once we send your download link
Your Statutory Rights
This cancellation waiver does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our digital products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your download is faulty, corrupted, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Delivery
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your download link. You may download your purchased files as many times as you need. If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact us and we will resolve the problem promptly.
Licence and Permitted Use
When you purchase a digital product from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content. You may:
Download, view, and print the content for your own personal or classroom use
You may not:
- Redistribute, share, or resell the files in any form
- Upload the files to any website or file-sharing platform
- Use the content for commercial purposes or financial gain
- Remove any copyright notices from the materials
All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Hello Crow Ltd.
Price and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
